Atieq SS Listyowati [lahir dan tumbuh di Surabaya, 10 September 1964] adalah seorang pecinta seni & praktisi dengan beberapa pengalaman dalam jurnalisme terutama dalam ruang seni. Ia mengelola dan menyelenggarakan beberapa acara kesenian baik fotografi, lukisan & patung pameran, tari, teater, seni visual dan pertunjukan sekaligus artis dan pendiri AppreRoom [non-formal & lembaga non-profit sejak tahun 1998] serta merancang [organiser] program pelatihan jurnalis seni dan lain-lain. Hal ini sehubungan dengan profesinya sebagai jurnalis tulis, radio dan foto, yang telah dimulainya semenjak di masa kuliahnya di Bandung [1980an]. Tahun 2005-2006 ia mendapat grant dari Arts Network Asia [ANA] untuk melakukan observasi sejarah seni performa [performance art] dan manajemennya di Indonesia, Malaysia dan Singapura yang merupakan bagian dari awal pembelajaran & pemahamannya dalam performance art sebagai genre. Ia tertarik pada seni performa yang dianggapnya seperti perjalanan jiwa masing-masing senimannya dalam memahami hidupnya. Performance art juga seperti migrasi burung yang terbang jauh sepanjang waktu, yang tidak dapat dihentikan dan membuat beberapa kreasi & asimilasi di setiap tempat, termasuk bentuk-bentuk baru dan perspektif lain. Pada tahun yang sama [2006] ia menyelenggarakan berbagai kegiatan seni performa di Indonesia, misalnya: Bird Migration [Apa itu Performance Art?] di Bentara Budaya Jakarta dan IIPAE2006: Birds Migration di Galeri Nasional Indonesia. Pada tahun 2007 KHOJ Studio mengundangnya untuk residensi selama 6 minggu di New Delhi serta melakukan performance. Lawatan ini berlanjut hingga 2 bulan berkat dukungan KBRI New Delhi pada waktu itu. Ia kemudian sempat mendapat undangan memberikan workshop dan performance di Departemen Seni Lukis - Visva Bharati di Santiniketan, Bengali Barat. Pada tahun 2007 ia menyelenggarakan ASEAN/Aksi: Occupying Space di Galeri Nasional Indonesia-Jakarta dan Lombok. Tahun 2008, ia mendapat undangan dari NIPAF untuk melakukan pertunjukan di 4 kota [Tokyo-Kawaguchi/Saitama-Moriya/Ibaraki-Nagano] di Jepang. Pada tahun yang sama ia melakukan beberapa tampilan di Indonesia, misalnya : undisclosed territory # 3 di Padepokan Lemah Putih Solo dan residensi artis di Jatiwangi Art Factory, juga di Studio Rosid di Bandung serta di Eloprogo Art, desa Bejen-Borobudur sebelum melakukan kerjasama dengan 7 perempuan artis beberapa negara[penari, seniman visual, skulpturis, pelukis, dalang & performance artist] internasional dalam projek Kemana Pun di LIP [Lembaga Indonesia Perancis], Yogyakarta. Pada tahun 2009 ia menyelenggarakan A Face of Nations acara seni performa internasional di CCCL [Pusat Kebudayaan Perancis/fasilitator], Surabaya. Tahun 2010 ia menyelenggarakan “Ohayyoo!..” Apresiasi Kata, Performa & Makna, sebuah kolaborasi antara seni performa dan wayang beber di Newseum yang difasilitasi oleh program Jak-Japan Matsuri, 27-29 September 2010. Pada pertengahan Oktober sebuah acara yang sama digelarnya yakni berupa seni puisi-performa Festival Kata dalam Performa di Bentara Budaya Jakarta [fasilitator]. 2011 kembali berpartisipasi dalam performance di Bentara Budaya Jakarta yang mengantarnya pada acara performance art bertajuk Sono Lumiere di Institut Francais Indonesia, Bandung di tahun 2012. Semenjak itu ia masih menyukai inspirasi yang diambilnya dari tampilan Atsuko Tanaka dari kelompok Gutai Jepang di tahun 60an, yakni dengan menggunakan kostum lampu. Tahun berikutnya 2013 setelah performance bersama (kolaborasi) wayang beber dan sound art di Bentara Budaya Jakarta, Atieq mendapatkan undangan untuk tampil di Swedia (Umea) dan sekaligus melakukan observasi kegiatan sebuah kelompok performance art (PAiN) di beberapa kota Norrbotten (Swedia Utara). Kesempatan sebulan ini digunakannya untuk juga melawat ke Helsinki, Finlandia dan juga Stockholm guna menghadiri seminar tentang performance dan event-event internasional di genre performance art yang tengah berlangsung setiap hari di berbagai institusi dan organiser. Tahun 2014 ia masih menyukai performance yang sama dengan kostum lampu yang dipadu dengan sistem decoding dari cahaya menjadi suara melalui kolaborasi dengan sound artist.
Atieq sangat peduli dengan ruang seni sebagai salah satu medium untuk bereksplorasi yang tak pernah berakhir di era apa pun selama peradaban manusia masih ada, karena seni membawa sejarah keberadaan manusia.

Atieq SS Listyowati [born and grew up in Surabaya, 10 September 1964] is an art lover and practitioners with some experience in journalism, especially in the art room. She managed and organized several art events both photography, painting and sculpture exhibitions, dance, theater, visual and performing arts as well as artist and founder AppreRoom [non-formal & non-profit institutions since 1998] and to design [the organizer] art journalist training programs and others. This is in connection with the profession as a journalist writing, radio and photo, which has begun since the period of studies at Bandung [1980]. In 2005-2006 she got a grant from the Arts Network Asia [ANA] to observe the history of performance art [performance art] and its management in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore which are part of the beginning of her learning & understanding in performance art as a genre. She is interested in performance art that seemed like the way the soul of each artist in understanding her life. Performance art as well as migratory birds that fly away all the time, which can not be stopped and make some creations & assimilation in every place, including new forms and other perspectives. In the same year [2006] she held a variety of performing arts activities in Indonesia, for example: Bird Migration [What is Performance Art?] at Bentara Budaya Jakarta and IIPAE2006: Birds Migration at the National Gallery of Indonesia. In 2007 KHOJ Studio invited for a residency for 6 weeks in New Delhi as well as doing performances. This tour continues up to 2 months thanks to the support of the Indonesian Embassy in New Delhi at that time. She then had received invitations to give workshops and performances at the Department of Paintings - Visva Bharati at Santiniketan, West Bengal. In 2007 she organized the ASEAN / Action: Occupying Space in the National Gallery of Indonesia-Jakarta and Lombok. In 2009 she organized A Face of Nations international performance art event at CCCL [French Cultural Center / facilitator], Surabaya. This year he held a "Ohayyoo! .." Words Appreciation, Performance and Meaning, a collaboration between performance art and wayang beber at the Newseum, facilitated by the program Jak-Japan Matsuri, September 27 to 29. In mid-October a similar event that is a main form of poetry, performance art festival in Bentara Budaya Jakarta [facilitators]. Atieq very concerned with the art space as a medium to explore the never-ending in any era as long as human civilization still exists, because art brings the history of human existence.
